Another design by the Bradley Projects, this is the sister property to the nearby Illume building. Recently christened Alina, it will continue in the form and tradition of Illume, emphasizing large open spaces with significant natural light components. Given it will have a smaller more boutique feel, the 50 units will be marketed to a slightly more refined demographic. The building will also include ground-level retail catering to the neighborhood’s emerging professionals.
